Mr. Stutzman's presentation - "Design Decision Making - It's Not Rocket Science!" will provide the adhesive and sealant community a comprehensive look at why project design matters. It will look at how design decisions and design management can affect the outcome of a project's organization, schedule, efficiency and risk management. Documenting project requirements enables informed product selection to serve the owner's interests rather than adding another shiny object to the design. The attendees will learn how actively managing and documenting design decisions in a transparent process will ensure nothing is forgotten and will ensure the owner is always informed.
