Randy Page
senior specifier
Randy has a beautiful perspective on how being an architect is a labor of love and service, that translates to a well-rounded specifier. As the past project director for an organization that built homes for self-help individuals and their families in Wisconsin, he immersed himself in every step of the company's mission and process. He interviewed family applicants, managed contracts, organized construction groups, and built over 75 homes in just a little over 4 years. This experience lead him to specialize in small business management, and he mastered the understanding of how small and medium sized firms operate and succeed. During this part of his career, he created a diversity of projects - from hospitality programing to spaces for developmentally disabled people. This experience embodied who Randy truly is - an architect who loves to entertain, plan and host parties, particularly for fundraisers and outreach into the community.
"I love to engage people with a purpose!"
Randy's love for writing specifications emerged in the mid 2000's while working at Mead & Hunt, and in 2010 he joined the Portland, OR chapter of CSI to merge his technical skills with his outreach passions, through the connections of like-minded people. He also earned his Construction Document Technologist (CDT) certification, while serving on the Portland board. Through his multi-faceted background, and the inherent importance of service, Randy is a great asset to Conspectus clients and projects.
"Conspectus keeps me energized!"
